Temple Mount and Mt of Olives from Pavillion Prayer Tower

Greetings from Jerusalem!  We enjoyed another day of interviews with some very dear friends.  They are each volunteers here in the land and their lives are a great blessing to many here.  We were able to visit with Hilda Chen, Kay Kitchen, and Lynn Gettel.  Once these interviews are broadcast, we know you will be blessed by them.

While at the Pavilion Prayer Tower, we collected some beautiful footage of the city.  The Prayer Tower is located 17 floors above ground in the heart of downtown Jerusalem.  Kay and Dan Many believers gather here throughout the day for special times of worship and intercession.  Hilda is the coordinator for the Pavilion Prayer Tower and during her interview, shared about the vision of this unique place of prayer.

After our interview sessions, we dropped by to visit with a dear friend, Ray Walker.  Ray made aliyah (immigrated) to Israel two years ago.  She rented our old apartment here in Jerusalem.  We have grown to love her dearly!  She is also quite a gifted poet.  Perhaps we'll be able to share some of her poems with you in the future.  It was great to spend some time with her.

Tomorrow we will travel to the ancient seaport city of Caesarea.  The remains there are very impressive.  We will spend several hours there collecting footage.  Then we'll travel along the coast gather various footage from other significant biblical locations and continuing with our New Testament Gospel readings.

We want to thank you again for taking time to visit with us.  We hope you'll check-in again tomorrow as our Israel Filming Project continues. Until then . . . lehitra'ot from Jerusalem!
